Or if they are like this-


Undo 13mm bolts (A)
Remove caliper and pads.
(B) should twist and turn. It slides in and out of the caliper mounting bracket. It does not unscrew- just slides.

If one of the items marked (B) does not slide in/out easily it has siezed or is bent or both.

Spray WD40 under the boot and allow it to run down into caliper. Then using a spanner on (B) twist and pull until it comes out of the rubber boot.
Try not to damage the boot.

Both items(B) should slide easily once cleaned and lubricated. Check them and the holes for excessive wear. Replace if needed.
