have a look under the car, there should be at least 1 plug sticking out of each of the foot wells, front and rear as well as one in the spare tyre well.

put a socket on the head of a trolly jack to push it up and open the hole up, hitting the plugs with a hammer will break the plastic retaining clips that hold it in place in the chassis. (you need to refit it later to stop water getting in from below)

the water may be coming in via the sunroof (blocked drainage holes) or via the scuttle panel overflowing into the cabin air intake or through the rubber door seals or in through the bttom of the door cards (blocked drainage holes in the door panel)
