the inner arms are usually the same part on both sides. (on most models, check with an autofactors to be sure)
the outer ends are side specific. they are often marked with a L or R on the back of the outer ball joint.

look on ebay for a sealey vs4000 (about 15 or less)to remove and refit the inner track arms.

you can align it yourself working on one side at a time with a metal tape measure (as long as you have matching tyres on the front, as you are guaging it from the center groove of the tyre.)
