I have found that the rear donut is available now from motor facters made by Febi Bilstein and part number FEB 03616 at 79.00 you have to order specially but they come in 2 days by courier to the MF, hope this helps, looks like propshaft off and sent away and use car in 2WD for a few days.

Hello , about the rear doughnut , on the RX4 , you can get one on ebay for 49.95 including postage . hope that saves some body some dough
