If you remove the filler neck of screen wash bottle you can just get on the bulbs, only downside the car has eaten half my hand in the process.

Just thought I would let you know, I was thinking it may have to go to Renault dealer.
I have installed xenons on my 2012 clio III yahoo!
It is possible for dipped beams as well as park lights. it does eat your hand a bit though. I have not tried main beams yet(brights).
driver side is easiest. passenger side has a sort of passage next to the battery cover in the corner you can slide you arm into.

All thats needed with dipped beams is to remove the rubber seal the unplug the bulb fitting then pull the bulb out.

Park lights: remove the seal then pinch the plastic connector holding the park light and pull towards you.

i have also changed interior light and boot light to led.
I have changed my rear lights for driving and brakes to led also. looks very nice
