thanks for the pictures.
I was optimistic about the bumper being repairable, until I saw the 3rd picture.
The bumper will need replacing.
What you can possibly do is cost a secondhand one, and obtain quotes for spraying it. I would suggest the painting takes place prior to fitting as this makes painting much easier & involves much less masking and facilitates the removal of any trim - all of which means that the price will be cheaper for you.
Fitting the bumper shouldn't be beyond a keen DIY'er, I would recommend using the new bumper as a guide where to look for mounting points on the car, and use a duvet (or something equally cushioning) to rest the new bumper on, prior to fitting.
I would also recommend having at least one additional pair of hands to hold it in place as it is being secured & aligned.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
