2002 Laguna Wheel Bearing
I need to have the rear wheel bearings replaced on my car.
Was quoted £320 for supplying and fitting the discs, pads and bearings and told it would be an all day job.
Having looked online at what needs to be done I am surprised it is an old day job and am thinking of tackling this work myself.
I have seen other comments that I will need a bearing puller but also from some saying they done it and it came of easily without a puller.
I am reluctant to get half way through doing this and get stuck as I dont have a puller. Does anyone here have experience of doing this job and am I likely to be able to do it without the puller or should I bite the bullet and pay for it to be done in the garage. I could do without this expense right now hence why I was going to do it myself as I have found the parts needed for £85.
Currently in ScouseJock's garage:
Laguna Estate, Seat Arosa, Triumph Sprinst ST1050, Suzuki Bandit 600, Honda XR600
