hello and welcome to the forums

hopefully the other guy had worse damage...

open the boot, (if you can?)
pull off the inner trims from behind the lights.
unclip the wiring harness from them and undo the retaining bolt/nut holding the light fitting on.
there should be 1 or 2 more screws along the inside of the boot lip by the lights, they secure the inner side of the light on.

lift the light fitting out, mind out for the rubber that holds the boot at a fixed height, the light might be tight taking it off and unclipping round it.

you should then see the upper screws that hold the bumper on along the bottom of the light fitting.

you may need to remove the rear splash guards to get clear access to the plug in clips that are at the back of the rear wheel arch at the top edge of the bumper.

there should be 3 or 4 similar clips along the bottom on the bumper.
along the lip of the boot there should be a couple of raised covers, prise these up and off, they should unclip with some encouragement, there will be a screw under these.

the bumper should then be able to unclip and pull off.

you will need new retaining clips and plastic plug in's for the screws behind the lights from a dealership, they are about 50p each or so.

removal of the boot will probably be best done under cover and with a second pair of hands as it's heavy and difficult to correctly position to refit the securing the boot to the chassis. (gap spacings should be about 4-5mm all the way around the boot, using a plastic or rubber bung in the gap will help with repositioning and setting the spaces.)

there are plastic covers in the roof lining, unscrew them, there are 2 different types of bolts holding the boot on, one needs a spanner and an allen key to undo it correctly, the other requires just a spanner. if you dont do it right the entire double end threaded bolt will come off the hinge(you dont want to do this! as its a PITA to refit without cross threading or stripping the hinge plate.)

the top spoiler may have to be removed to get access to the wiring and water jet pipework a,long the top of the boot.
unclip the rubber feed pipes along the body work in the roof, to draw out the cables and wireing clips. it should be possbile to do it without having topull down the roof lining, (if you do touch the roof lining it will be damaged)

lever the locking clips on the ball joints on the boot struts and they will unclip from the boot frame mounts.
