Had the same problem on my DCI. I s
pent hours dropping the headlining and removing the sunroof frame. I used a product called STIXALL to replace the rotten original seal [also wonderwipes are brilliant removing the excess goo!] Unfortunately it still leaked.
I finally solved the problem by removing the sunroof glass and running a bit of frame seal and gutter seal along the inside of the moulding [passenger side]. I'm sure ordinary silicone would have done the trick.
There is a picture of it on the cliodci forum website. it is not very neat as I was desperate and pushed for time. I may go back to it when the weather improves and tidy it up.
It worked for me!
P.S. I think that there is a bad design fault in this area. I don't think it would have been a big deal to design the inside of the frame from a complete moulding so that everything that gets past the glass seal went into a single gulley
