We've had problems over the last week with our Scenic 1.6 it's on a 53 plate, had to get Renault Assistance out 3 times in the end they replaced the battery as everytime they checked it the battery was flat. The AA man took the old battery out put the new one in and nothing would work, immobiliser light was permanently on, key not recognised all the faults were up on the dash. Despite ringing his tech advisor twice and spending 21/2 hours he couldn;t do anything with it and it had to go on a low loader to the dealers. They are saying that when he changed the battery he didn't connect the ecu properly, can someone explain to me please where exactly this is in relation to the battery in case it happens again Thanks
