parking brake deficiency......

Hello again. Scenic 2 2004 1.6 vvt
Yes, electronic parking brake is not applying sufficiently on one side. Grips a little but i can turn the wheel. Other side is fine.
Discs and pads are new, not sticking.
parking brake motor is working fine.
No warning on dash....
Cables are rust free, no frays or kinks. I have applied wd40.
The cable has movement, so maybe caliper?

I was thinking to get a used calliper (3 month warranty on them) about 24 and replacing mine.
Do any of you tech guys think this will solve the problem?
