The 100 and above does have stronger pistons to stop the higher injection pressure from scouring them and a variable geometry turbo , something like different tire sizes can push a car into the next tax group the Delphi pump was supposedly updated after 2006 but I would pref not to have one, other than that I don't have a clue.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?
