Yep Axle bushes indeed..
The axle has to be removed to replace them... No specialist tools required. Just a very heavy hammer and brute stregnth to knock them out..
Be aware that the bushes are sided and must be located in the correct orientation..
You a small drift and work your way round the bush casing to knock the new bushes in..
