Mine came with the car(Eire),I mean they just come as standard on the coupe ,
Mine are black ,same as the original lower bumper.
If the ones you are considering are standard size,perhaps there are little marks on the bumper to indicate the centre of the drill hole.

I dont think the back of my sensors touch anything so if you are carefull with the drill and dont let it fall thru,you shouldnt get any damage.
Just make sure the hole cutter is decent.
The wiring Im guessing about also but if they are included as standard for some markets,perhaps it really would only be a question of fitting the sensors and plugging them into blanked off connections that arent too far away.
The only way to be sure is to check yourself.

nb The car in your garage thing says clio.,it is the meg III you are putting them on?

Currently in coup's garage:
RM III coupe 1.5dci FVT,Audi TT Mk1 ,a bike and too much rubbish.
