Front brake pad outside clip. Is it correctly fitted???

I am changing the front brake pads on a 2006 RenaulT Grand Scenic, 2.0L, DCI, ( 150BHP) and simply can't remember if I have fitted the outside metal clip.
Please see photo.
Can anyone tell me if this okay or if they are photo of how it should be correctly fitted.
