I'm in Austria, rather than Oz

Depending on what I'm told when I take the car in, I also thought it might be cheaper just putting new discs on. The ones that are on it though are less than 2 years old and don't have many miles on them, so I'm reluctant to go down that route unless it is the only (or the cheaper) option

This portable device they stick on to skim the disc sounds interesting. Any idea what it's called? (don't say "brake disc skimmer" )

Any other forum members heard of such a device?
