Re: Renault Laguna 2 Master Brake Cylinder

Did this fix your problem? I have just had rear pads and discs fitted to my 07 Laguna II. Brakes bled through and all OK. 2 Weeks later it was back in for MOT and new OSR caliper as brakes were binding.

When I picked the car up, brakes were definitely 'different' - too much pedal travel and pedal sinks. First thought was master cylinder seals, but odd that they would have suddenly gone at the same time as new calipers fitted. Clearly I'm getting the brake pressure as it passed the MOT the same day. Emergency stop from 60mph very effective. But holding the car on the footbrake on a 13% downhill today and the car started creeping forwards as the pedal pressure dropped.

Master Cylinder, air in the line, or something else?
