Pitching and diving is controlled by your suspension springs and shock absorbers front and rear and anti-roll bars. Changing the components you already have wouldn't make any difference. Is the ride much harder since changing the wheels? Have you checked your suspension for broken springs or leaking/weak shock absorbers or loose anti-roll bar mounts?
If you wheels are set wrong you'd notice either the steering heavy/dragging, rapid tyre wear, poor handling/grip on cornering, or the car sitting oddly.
