Sounds like a suspension issue to me. Excessive pitch/dive is more likely to be springs, any fast wallowing is likely to be shocks. IT might be that the wider tyres are putting more drag on everything when you turn, and have found some weak points on the suspension. If that's the case, you'll find the original wheels will still feel the same.
