Help raise the standard of franchised servicing

I was browsing the Renaut website a while back, and noted that under owner services you can tell them when your car is due a service and they might offer to send an undercover reporter with you who will film the service booking and collection etc.

Renault Owner Experience Survey.

Just done mine (Motorline Dover) and glad to say the service given was top notch..

Might be worth a call for anyone else interested in getting genuine measured feedback back to Renault.
