Look in the fusebox under the bonnet, there is a white connector with a just a yellow wire going in one end, and I think its a red one coming out the back, either way it should be connected to the plastic box with a clip, make sure the connection is ok, clean with no crud/moisture.

Its worth unplugging the ABS module wires too, on the passengers side, the pump should be there, there is a box with it behind I think, it will have plugs going into it with very delicate pins, if you can lift the plastic catch up on them to release the plug, have a look at them and plug back in.

The unplug and plug back in method works with these clios, due to moisture and oxidation. Ive cleaned all mine with contact cleaner, but careful with the seal rubbers, that stuff turns them into marshmellows.
