Re: Arnold Clark

I find there's a huge variance between branches. We have 2 local AC Renault outlets, equal distance from me, one is great for sales and the other is better for servicing. I learned that from bitter experience. The AC Chevy dealership I put my previous Captiva into (there was no choice due to the scarcity of the dealers) was shocking! they took £80 for diagnostics whether they found a fault or not on top of any repair, even if it could not be diagnosed without it. I've never had that from any Renault dealer. The diagnostics are usually part of the repair in my experience. I do think it's fair to charge if they don't find any fault, as there is a time factor involved
Currently in bigiainw's garage:
2016 Skoda Octavia Scout 2.0 CR 150 in Cappuccino Beige/ 2006 Renault Clio III 1.2 16v 3dr Extreme in Post Box Red/ 2013 Renault Trafic LL29 2.0 dCi (euro 5) Sport Passenger in Luxurious Gun Metal Grey with Cruise control, now with parking sensors!!!
