i always seen that as a pointless task as if someone is gonna clone my plate they are just as likely to do that by seeing me drive down the rd
Yeah but no but yeah but no...
If someone local spots your car and clones your plates, then you might just notice them driving round in 'your car' one day, and you'd more than likely inform plod.
So the clever ones go on websites and clone number plates from cars that are outside of their area. That way they're less likely to be caught.
it doesn't take more than a few seconds to edit the pics, so it's worth it just to be on the safe side.
