I'd bring it to their attention, see what happens.

One factor you missed from your list that they won't cover is seam bleed (corrosion which originates within the weld). Ironic, since in can only originate from the manufacturing process, but it would be dealt with as 'Goodwill'.

They will say it's corrosion which has originated on the surface of the panels, whereas anyone else would take the stance that it's down to manufacturing, and it's originated within a join - therefore it's internal-out rust.

Just something else to worry about...
