I have a renault clio 1.2 dynamique (2001). I had an incident the other day, when my car would not start on a cold day. Key was at full crank and the battery was fine. It required a push start, before the engine would start.
My query was whether I should take it to the garage to check the starter motor? My concern is that my car has been working fine since, and so mechanics may struggle to find anything wrong and I would feel like I have wasted my money. Also my starter motor was replaced a couple of months ago.
