Also,with the rear wheels jacked up off the ground does the handbrake lock both wheels when pulled up?.
Thanks for reply just had a look under van and one of the levers on drivers side is not returning and working at all using the handbrake(and can see the slack in the cable at the handbrake adjusting nut),i have just removed the caliper to try and free the lever if i can get this freed up(or do calipers normally need replacing???) do you think cable will still be ok to use or be too stretched and will need replacing as well.
