Great post - pictures would assist if you have time..

Just in case you have no idea what a parrot kit's the blurby stuff

Parrot offers the most complete line of feature-rich handsfree systems, all based on the Bluetooth wireless technology.
Through a smart handsfree console with a LCD screen, the Parrot CK3100 Advanced, Parrot CK3300 GPS and Parrot CK3500 Professional Car Kits provide the driver with information that can be easily read, in large contrasted digits, and with a touch-and-feel already familiar to most users.

The single screen interface operates just like any audio console, with a central ****, dual push buttons and a large-letter screen to navigate easily through a clear set of menu-options.

Drivers hear a caller and their messages through the car's speakers and the console connects to a compact control unit located underneath the dashboard.

Parrot has adopted a modular hardware approach with a common car kit main board to provide the hands-free communications functions from the mobile phone. Add-on boards, attached to this main board allow additional functions such as PDA-based GPS navigation and off-board server-based services such as fleet management, security and diagnostics to be added to the package.
