Sold my '99 Clio 6 years ago, and I simply can't remember now!!

I take it we're talking about raising the headlight beam to get more distance? In which case, I assume you've done the obvious of putting the adjuster into position 0...

Erm... all I can suggest is looking at the back of the headlight unit for the motor, which may be sticking out of tge back of the headlight. This should have an allen key type, er, adjuster screw on it which you could turn to adjust the beam... or this could be on the headlight in line with where the motor goes in to the headlight...

I'm sure someone who's either got a better memory than me, or has a Clio of that era will be along shortly anyway!

Some people say I'm stark raving bonkers, the others just smile and nod...
