Re: Squeeking front wheel
Hello n wellcome,
The brake pads are allways barely in contact with the disc.
A bit of dust may cause the noise or discs very slightly out of true or vibration with dust/dirt on the pad "guides" or between the back of the brake pads and the piston.
If everything is within wear limits.
A copper based grease (something that wont spread around with the heat, grease on braking surfaces would be bad news),on the pad guides and/or between the piston and back of the brake pad might cure it.
Currently in coup's garage:
RM III coupe 1.5dci FVT,Audi TT Mk1 ,a bike and too much rubbish.
