In my experience the quote is not too expensive.
The front discs are easy enough but the rear can involve having to use a caliper piston wind back tool plus if the car has an electronic handbrake the correct procedures must be followed.
Yes the proper rear discs to come with wheel bearings and ABS reluctor rings You can buy discs on their own but the risk and time involved in attempting to switch over the bearings and reluctor rings can be fraught with difficulties.
