I would use my trusty friend 3M Fast-cut plus.
I'd compound the entire panel, but focus on the scratches, using a soft damp cloth, circular motions and work on a cold panel - in the shade.
I'd follow it up with a decent polish, see where that leaves you.
Lacquer can be applied to fill the scratch, but it's a real keen eye & steady hand 'task' (I nearly said 'job', but realised that could be construed as different advice
It should polish out.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
