Re: 2005 Clio ABS fault

I have taken the reluctor ring off as it started rubbing on the sensor.
The ABS warning light has now switched on with the Serv light.
This is because it cannot read any output from the sensor.
I have decided the cheaper option is to replace the
drive shaft and lower ball joint as to replace just the reluctor is not cost efficient.
Plus this will save having to change a CV drive boot
in the future.
On my vehicle the teeth count is 44 on the ABS.
Renault Kangoo 1.2 16V
