I thought there was an EU law that any member country had to supply left or right hand drive? Weren't Brits going over to Holland to buy cheaper RHD cars a few years back? I think they were still in profit after paying car duty on importation to the UK but minor specifications may have differed slightly.
There was a discussion about this topic a few months ago.
The regulation,roughly:If a manufacturer currently supplies a model in rhd in an EU country , then a rhd model can be ordered in a lhd EU country.
