Ok, missed that bit.
I'd have the car up on axle stands. Drive it up to speed to confirm its a front end issue. Once that's done & if it confirms what you suspect, then I'd try it up one side at a time to see if you can isolate the problem.
As a last gasp idea it may be a differential bearing allowing a driveshaft to vibrate/resonate.
I was hoping no-one would suggest the diff bearings as that was in the back of my mind. Not what I want to hear 3 weeks before driving to the south of France.
There is some play in them. Have you known this happen before.?
