I have just returned from a camping trip in my 21 year old Traffic camper van.
It's a pleasure to drive and take life easy in the slow lane listening to the reassuring sound of the trusty old 2 litre diesel engine.
I wish I could agree but maybe I have the wrong engine - a 1.7 petrol. Mine is a pig to start up from cold, the
valve design plays havoc with the tickover and acceleration, tappets you have to adjust with shims
, and gutless on power when going up inclines. BUT as a camper the interior design is excellent
