Superchargers a la Bentley - Well Nice the bulging supercharger in front of the rad and all that pipework sticking out the bonnet - proper butch!
I stumbled across a classic car rally one day years ago and this fella was halfway through restoring his Brooklands style Bentley. It didn't have any exhaust pipes on it but he fired up the engine anyway to demonstrate to his friends and the sound was just unbelievable ( a bit like a Spitfire on idle) Something that'll stay with me.
I don't know what is better turbo v supercharger apart from superchargers having no lag in power as they're driven directly off the engine.
But I'm out of touch with modern manufacturers fitting these to their performance cars too.
