If you spin the wheel and no noise is heard, take a look at the sensor ring and count the teeth.
There are 2 different rings available for Clio's depending on year.
1 has 26 teeth and the other has 44 I think.
Make sure you have the correct one fitted.

Brake disc back plate if fitted can get bent.
Some brake pad material can cause noise usually noticable at low speed hard braking. Would expect noise on both sides though.
Check for play in wheel bearing.
