What they claim and what actually happens may not be the same. Is the company reputable and also what is the source of their fuel.
Where I live there are fuel suppliers who promise you the moon but in fact supply laundered red or green agricultural diesel which wrecks engines. I am not suggesting this may what is happening in this case just warning you to be careful.

I think it vital you know the source of the fuel before making any commitment.
