Laguna New rear disk overheating

I got the wifes 2007 laguna mk2 serviced a couple of weeks ago and we were told it needed new rear disks and pads. So that was done. A week later after a long drive it was noted there was a smell of burning from the back brakes. Seemed very hot.. We contacted the garage and after a few patronizing comments (brakes get hot) they had a look at it. The couldn't find anything wrong with it so we took it back.
Again tried a short motorway drive approx 20 minutes and the back disks were showin 200 deg Cent.

Returned it to the garage who replaced the disks and pads as they could see the disks were getting burned.

Now these second pair seem to be doing the same.

Any ideas. Do these rear disks come with bearings or could they have used the same bearings. I have just started reading up on these as I had assumed the disks just fitted on a rear hub.
