Exhaust is definitely not knocking mate it happens even wen its only me in the car and I'm only 12 stone lol

I've had 4 wheels balanced and had the tracking done and still shakes at highish speeds and also when braking

Will try giving some of the sensors a clean with some non adhesive electrical contact cleaning spray

Is there a MAF sensor on my car as one of the guys on said there was not?

I have also managed to get hold of a set of working Injectors + rail + loom and also a working throttle body for a total price of 55 delivered so will give them a try if the idle issue and power loss persists!

All help appreciated!!
