Re: Renault Scenic - History and Model Phase
I have a Grand Scenic II, which has scenic badges on the boot and Megann badges on the door pillars, any ideas?
It is a Scenic. The early Mark 1s were known as Megane Scenics, badges were the other way round, 'Megane' on the tailgate, 'Scenic' on the rear doors. This is because they were based on the Megane subframe. Mark 1 Phase 2s were still known as Megane Scenics in some quarters, but officially now known as just Scenic. The 'Megane' badge on the rear doors is a tribute to the origins of the model.
