06 Grand Scenic - Brakes
So we've had the Grand Scénic just over two weeks now, and love it so far - (don't want to tempt fate!)
Anyhow, we're not sure the brakes are working correctly...
When the brakes are pressed, the car takes a long time to slow down, no matter how hard you press on the brakes.
I was looking through the service booklet, and the pads and discs were changed in 2011 with 61k on the clock, and there's only 71k on it now, so i'd doubt they are the cause.
I was thinking that it may be air in the system? As I say, they do stop, just not as quickly as they should do, certainly in comparison to the Mégane, which has very strong brakes. The brake fluid also appears to be fine.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
