Just an update on this.
After the garage replaced the disks and pads we noticed the same problems starting. So again we approached them and again got the answer everything seems okay. Nothing wrong etc.
Even taking the manager out on a test drive , he didn't find anything wrong with wheels getting hot and couldn't hear brakes squealing. Actually was told they don't want customers like me.
Anyway we took it to a main dealer who checked it and found out that the inner pads weren't clipped to the piston. They were free to move and generate heat off the disk.
Hopefully this caused our problems both times and we are not free of problems. A 90 minute drive afterwards didn't show any problems.
