Have been through this in older threads.......

Suggest that you run the blower on the bench to see if its OK or just plain kn@ckered.

Passenger footwell - remove access cover - Fan located on far left.

Remove the visible screw locking the fan module in place and twist thru' about 15 degrees to disengage from its housing.

Check housing and pipes for debris / leaves etc which IF present can cause the resistor pack further down the pipe to overheat......thus blowing the thermal fuse.

Test run fan on bench using a spare 12V batt - watch your fingers!!

If its slow or very sluggish then it may be 'tired' and drawing too much current.
