they can be changed separately

if they have never been changed before, which is very unlikely for a laguna, they could be riveted on, in which case, they will need grinding off, and the new ball joints can be bolted on

but they must have been changed before, judging how fast the go on mine, so should now just be bolt on,

i got my ball joints from europarts, about 12 each
