Re: Intermittent Laguna starting probs.

My 2001 Laguna Estate became difficult to start 2 days before it became impossible to start at all. The Snapon computer showed no faults. A quick phone call by the electrician to an expert who suggested the "Fly Wheel Censor" Which when faulty can cut the fuel and ignition. ( Fuel was not being pumped ).
This censor fault is known to not show up in the diagnostics.
Part ordered, fingers crossed. update soon.
Now only have to sort rear door auto open, Boot lid stuck closed. Rear wiper swings through 360 degrees. Sound system not accepting code.
This is after spending 800 so far just to get through MOT. Which included having to replace the original xenon headlights as they are now apparently illegal, as they have no wipers fitted.
The fun of owning a Renault lol.
