I had this same noise. The pulleys for the power steering and the AC compressor were not aligned up causing the belt to wiggle a bit from side to side with each revolution. The first time I drove it very hard like this the auxilliary belt came off, trashed the cam belt requireing a new cylinder head. Check this pully alignment carefully. At the least, fit a new auxilliary belt and see if that hepls. Use a genuine renault belt. Some aftermarket brands are longer than the original
