Parking Brake Cable Problem

Hi everyone,

I've been renewing the rear disc pads and for ease of moverability I unhooked the parking break cable from the caliper. When I came to re-attaché the brake cable (near side) it pulled out of the outer cable sheath as if it had detached from it's anchor point at the other end.
What kind of a job is it to re-attache it or/and, is there any illustrations on the forum showing how it is fixed. I have had a quick look around but hav'nt seen anything on the subject.
