Thanks for the pics, your car doesn't have the power-folding symbol on the controller, therefore I'd strongly suspect that it doesn't have the feature.
The mirror definitely should fold manually though; the pivot-point will be where the coloured casing meets the black textured plastic.
How I would proceed would be to gently apply pressure with both hands (one on the outer edge of the mirror, the other on the inside edge, closest to the glass) and attempt to turn the mirror casing.
Some resistance is normal, as they are meant to lock in place, during normal use.
Be brave, and you'll be fine.
