Yeh same here as I think I posted before somewhere.I couldnt "blend" to save my life.
Had all the gear.Inspired by edward fox in "the day of the jackal".
If an assassin with time constraints can do a reasonable respray out in the middle of a forest ,anyone can.
Paper grades from 400-1300 wet and dry .
Glasurit primer
Glasurit light between coat cutting compound.
Glasurit paint
Glasurit thinners
Glasurit lacquer
Bonnet took me an age.90% of it would be ok,but I couldnt fix the crap bit so have to do the whole thing again..

and so on

The bonnet and front os wing were 50% covered in black bubbly paint(there had been an engine fire)..and this was my "get a cheapo car n do it up attempt".ie those bits were cleaned down to the bare metal.
The rest of the paintwork wasnt too bad..good job or Id still be at it !
